Open Lab: April 16, 2025

​Hey everyone!

​LAST WEEK: Daiane guided us through a layered exploration —starting from solo play with simple objects and growing into duet improv, exploring sound, space, and each other's presence. We captured what came up through words, phrases, sketches, and quick drawings.

​THIS WEEK: We’re beginning to explore contact improvisation — how we can feel at ease with touch, and how connection through contact can open up new ways of moving and being together.
