Steve McLean is an experienced senior leader across retail, agriculture and fisheries, most recently serving as Head of Agriculture and Fisheries. He has a strong track record of delivering commercially focused, science-led change, building trusted partnerships and advancing practical, sustainable solutions for the future of food and agriculture.
Jonathan Statham is a farm veterinary specialist and CEO of RAFT Solutions, with nearly 30 years’ experience in livestock health. He is Professor of Sustainable Livestock Health & Welfare and Chair of the Animal Health & Welfare Board England.
Matt Dobbs is a veterinary surgeon, lawyer, and CEO of Agsenze, a livestock ag-tech company using vision technology to improve animal health and productivity. He has founded and advised multiple digital, clinical and investment ventures across the agri-food sector, and is a Nuffield Scholar and trustee of RSPCA Assured.
David Speller is a former UK broiler chicken farmer and founder of Optifarm, with over 20 years’ experience in poultry production. David is passionate about using artificial intelligence, developed with domain sector knowledge, to reveal the root cause of issues and support practical decision-making.
Dr. Anne Richmond is Director of R&D at Pilgrim’s Europe, with more than 30 years’ experience in the livestock sector. She leads strategic research and innovation programmes across animal health and welfare, sustainability, and product quality, with a strong focus on data-driven and AI-enabled approaches.
