​What we'll explore

​This book is a series of essays on women's inner lives and our relationships, our friendships, and our intimacy. It looks at loneliness and desire, and why it's so hard to find partners and intimate relationships when everywhere we've been taught that we must first abandon ourselves.

​It's a critique of the cultural stories that women inherit. Women are taught that our value comes from being chosen, from self-sacrificing, from endlessly giving, working for free, and pleasing others.

​Join us for a deep conversation about the cultural stories we inherit, and how to unhook from them, day by day.
