​Sandy (Breathe With Sandy) and Alex King-Harris (Rara Avis) are both composers, performers, and breathwork facilitators. They share the stage as a blended, harmonized duo — producing music, playing live instruments, and guiding the breath together as one integrated practice.

​Continuing the energy from our sold out show in Los Angeles, we're bringing this experience to Europe.

​Each evening begins with a cacao ceremony led by Tom from Cacaosito, followed by live music and guided breathwork. There is time to slow down, arrive, and connect with others before and after the experience.

​Drawing from both traditional pranayama and modern conscious breathing practices, Alex and Sandy create immersive soundscapes that help quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and support deeper states of presence and gratitude.

​Our approach is simple, welcoming, and accessible to everyone. You are always encouraged to listen to your body, go at your own pace, and make the experience your own. With clear guidance and music that flows with the breath, we create a space that feels both grounded and meaningful, where science and ancient wisdom come together in a natural way.
