Event Title: SME Growth in the Age of AI: From Activity to Outcomes, Launch of Trivoh

Date: 21/05/2026
Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Venue: Eclectic Gallery

Curated & Hosted by Tanya Hadzhieva

Most SMEs are busy. But busy doesn’t always mean productive, and it rarely means scalable.

Teams are juggling tools, switching between platforms, attending meetings, and tracking tasks… yet outcomes remain unclear, delayed, or inconsistent.

This session is designed to change that.

We’ll break down how SMEs can move away from fragmented activity and start operating with clarity, structure, and measurable outcomes using AI in a way that is practical, not theoretical.

This is not another AI hype session.

It’s a grounded, operational view of how work actually gets done and how to fix what’s slowing your business down.

Speaker Session

Keynote (12 mins)

Bukola Akin

Head of Operations, TRCOMS LTD

Topic: How SMEs Cut Cost and Move from Activity to Outcomes

This session will walk you through:

  • Where SMEs are currently overspending (and often don’t realise it)

  • How tool fragmentation creates hidden inefficiencies

  • Why most teams stay busy but don’t move forward

  • How to consolidate tools, simplify workflows, and reduce operational cost

  • A practical path to start seeing immediate improvements

If your systems are fragmented and your environment doesn’t support focus, your outcomes will always suffer. This is where platforms like Trivoh and intentional spaces like Eclectic Gallery play a role.

Guest Speakers (10–12 min)

Nika Kirpichenko & Constantin Botezat

Owners, Eclectic Gallery

Topic: Inside Eclectic Gallery: Space, Art, and Community

Growth isn’t only driven by tools and systems, it’s also shaped by the environments we work in.

This session explores how physical spaces influence how people think, collaborate, and create.

You’ll gain insight into:

  • The vision behind Eclectic Gallery and why it was created

  • How art and creative environments shape behaviour and decision-making

  • The role of space in building strong business communities

  • A curated introduction to featured artists: Carlos Arriaga, Caio Locke, Juan del Pozo, and Socrates

Why the right environment can unlock better collaboration, clearer thinking, and stronger outcomes

Guest Speaker: Roop Bhadury (10 min)

Topic: Can AI make us more productive and smarter, not just faster? And what does this mean for knowledge creation?

Descriptor: This talk offers a scientific and optimistic vision of AI as cognitive augmentation, showing how “Polywork” empowers humans to do multiple, high‑quality, discrete blocks of work, and what that could mean for human growth at scale.

Polywork asks a simple but radical question: What if one person could genuinely think through ten complex projects at once, without burning out or dumbing down? Instead of using AI as a shortcut or a replacement, Polywork treats AI as cognitive infrastructure, a system of specialised agents you orchestrate, like a CEO directing a team of minds.

This opens a new space of possibility with individuals exploring many more ideas, iterating on more hypotheses, and holding richer portfolios of work than human attention has ever allowed. It suggests a future where “doing your life’s work” no longer means choosing one problem at the expense of all the others you care about, but coordinating across many. Polywork is a framework for that future. The big mental shift is the move from "Can I do it" to "Can this be done"?

Roop Bhadury is an entrepreneur, AI researcher, and technologist whose career spans over two decades across the US, Australia, India, and the UK. He has founded and led technology startups across advertising, marketing, education, healthcare, and automation, working with organisations ranging from early-stage ventures to multinational corporations and universities.

Roop is currently pursuing a fully funded PhD in Artificial Intelligence at the LSE, where his research focuses on large language models and the organisational challenges of implementing AI at scale. His keynote will explore how SMEs can move beyond activity and begin using AI strategically to drive measurable outcomes, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
