Reiki & Breath: Renewal of Being
Reiki & Breath: Renewal of Being
Breathwork is an active form of meditation that invites a gentle yet powerful somatic release. In this class, you’ll be lying down as we begin with a brief grounding visualization—an intuitive energetic cleansing and replenishment to prepare your system.
Reiki is a subtle current of life force energy that softens the body, clears the mind, and awakens the spirit. It helps ease stress, dissolve tension, and create space for clarity and calm. Each session supports your natural capacity to heal, offering only what you’re ready to receive in the most easeful way.
The breathwork journey (about 25 minutes) meets you exactly where you are, helping to release what is ready to move while activating your life force, inner power, and creativity. The practice is accompanied by uplifting music that supports clarity, elevation, and flow.
Afterward, we’ll enter a brief period of stillness and integration, allowing the energy to settle and any insights or inspirations to emerge. You may wish to bring water and chapstick, and wear an extra layer as the breath can sometimes lower body temperature.
Expect sensations such as tingling, lightness, vibrancy, and a renewed sense of connection to yourself.
