​​Some routines refuse to bend, even when you cross time zones. This is the Breakpoint-adjusted 6 AM version of the 5 AM protocol—a gathering for founders, operators, and the discipline-addicted who would rather meet the sunrise on their feet than let the day happen to them.

​​We’ll run 5–10 km at a steady, moderate pace. Not a race. Just a moving conversation starter for whoever shows up and feels like thinking while oxygen is still cheap.

​​Sourceful Energy is hosting this because we live in the intersection of routine, resilience, and decentralisation. We’re building the open coordination layer for the future grid—a decentralised protocol for distributed energy. If that sparks something in you, great.
