About Event

Everybody Hacks 2026 is a fast-paced, hands-on hackathon where you will work in small teams to build and bring your ideas to life in just a few hours.

This event is open to all experience levels. You do not need to come in with an idea or a team. By the end, you will have a working concept, new connections, and a better sense of how to turn ideas into something real.

  • Up to 5 people per team

  • You can also work solo

9:00 AM – Doors Open + Check-in

9:30 AM – Opening Ceremony

10:00 AM – HACKATHON STARTS

11:30 AM – Mentoring Round 1

1:00 PM – Lunch Break

2:00 PM – Mentoring Round 2 (Last Rounds)

3:30 PM – Submission Prep + Soft Deadline Reminder

4:00 PM – Project Submission Deadline

4:15 PM – Judging + Presentations

5:30 PM – Final Deliberation

5:45 PM – Awards + Closing

☕ Food Waste & Efficiency

Design solutions that reduce food waste in a café environment while maintaining efficiency and a positive guest experience.

A real-world dataset from Woods Coffee will be provided, including food sales, inventory, and waste data to support data-driven solutions.

Projects may explore:

🌍 Disaster Response and Resilience

  • infrastructure failure, resource shortages, misinformation

  • using data and technology to support decision-making in uncertain situations
