About Event

A focused online sprint for business leaders, managers and team leads who want to turn an AI opportunity into a practical action plan, business case and simple prototype concept.

Across four live sessions, you will have a focused AI Sprint for senior leaders, functional executives and board directors who want practical confidence, safer AI use and a sponsor ready route from opportunity to implementation.

This sprint builds on extensive experience delivering online programmes, AI webinars, in person workshops and senior executive programmes for hundreds of participants over many years. Andrew and Denis bring a practical focus on helping leaders move beyond awareness, identify credible AI opportunities and turn emerging technology into business value.

Who This Is For

This sprint is for business leaders, managers and team leads who are responsible for improving services, operations, productivity, customer experience or internal processes. The programme will support you to bring the team with you in AI and business change.

What You Will Work On

During the sprint, you will work on a practical AI opportunity from your own organisation.

This could include:

  • Improving a repetitive process

  • Creating an internal knowledge assistant

  • Improving customer or employee support

  • Automating parts of a workflow

  • Creating a simple AI enabled service concept

The aim is to move from “we should do something with AI” to a clear, structured and practical plan.

What You Will Leave With

By the end of the sprint, you will have:

  • A clear AI opportunity statement

  • A prioritised use case and business case

  • A prototype or MVP concept

  • An implementation worksheet and sponsor ready action plan

  • Clear next steps for testing, piloting or internal discussion

The prototype will be lightweight and practical. It may be a simple interface, workflow, prompt based assistant, mock up or demonstrator.

Tools Used

We will use accessible AI tools that do not require coding experience.

Claude will be recommended for some of the prototyping exercises, especially where participants want to create simple interactive concepts. You may also use ChatGPT or another AI tool that you already have access to.

The programme uses dummy data and practical exercises. You should not use confidential, sensitive or personal organisational data during the sprint.

Why Join

Many AI programmes explain what AI is. This sprint is designed to help you decide what to do with it.

You will leave with something practical, structured and ready for action not just notes from a webinar.

This programme helps you:

  • Focus on a real business opportunity

  • Avoid vague AI experimentation

  • Build confidence with practical tools

  • Create a simple prototype concept

  • Prepare a credible internal proposal

  • Move towards pilot and implementation
