​The Business Blueprint: Building on a Solid Foundation is a business financial literacy forum designed for early-stage entrepreneurs, aspiring business owners, professionals, and community leaders who want to build stronger, more sustainable businesses.

​Hosted by the Economic Empowerment Committee of the 100 Black Men of Stamford in collaboration with CT Tech Week, Realist Lab, the Black Business Alliance, and the City of Stamford, this half-day forum brings together experienced professionals in legal, insurance, banking, accounting, tax, finance, and business development.

​Attendees will gain practical guidance on some of the most important early business decisions, including how to choose the right legal structure, understand financial statements, manage risk, build an advisory team, and position their business for profitability, funding, and long-term growth.

​This event is designed to help entrepreneurs move beyond guesswork and build with more structure, clarity, and control.
