Stategraph Demo Day: Terragrunt is a band-aid

Terragrunt exists because Terraform doesn't scale past one state file. Teams split state into units to get around the lock, then use Terragrunt to wire the units back together. It works, but the state file is still the problem.

In 30 minutes we'll show, live, how Stategraph handles the problems Terragrunt was built to work around.

There's live Q&A at the end. Bring your objections.

This is for platform engineers and SREs who run Terraform or OpenTofu with Terragrunt, or are thinking about it.
