Women in AI is ISOUL's annual event in Silicon Valley — a room of women who are inside the AI revolution: building it, researching it, funding it, questioning it.
This is not a conference. It's not a speaker lineup.
It's Women in AI as it should be — a conversation. Structured as real debates, with real stakes, and real disagreement welcome.
Every year, this room asks the questions the industry avoids in public: What role do women play in shaping AI? Who gets to build the models? What future are we actually creating — and who decides?

Four rounds. Two perspectives per question. No prepared answers. No safe middle ground.

4 senior women in AI — investors, researchers, operators, strategists — take the stage together for the conversation the industry rarely has in public.

No moderator script. No polished answers. Real perspectives from women who've been in the room long enough to say what they actually think.

Curated networking with women who were chosen to be in this room.
ISOUL facilitates intentional introductions — not a sea of business cards, but conversations that have a reason to happen.
Every year, Women in AI attendees leave with at least one connection that changes something.
