About Event

Founding a company is an act of creation, yet founders are often siloed by discipline. Technology founders build technology businesses. Artists and creatives build creative work. These worlds rarely overlap in a structured way.

However, many of the most influential modern companies sit between these domains. Platforms such as Canva, Adobe and Blender are technology businesses that enable creative work at scale. They raise a simple question: are these creative enterprises, or are they technology companies?

This event is designed to bring founders from different disciplines into the same space. The aim is to encourage collaboration between creative and technical perspectives, helping to form business ideas that are more robust, more scalable, and better grounded in real world creation across sectors.

An informal fireside conversation will explore the theme of bridging the gap between creativity and tech founding, followed by open networking from 8.00pm.
