Day 1 (Saturday 6th): Kickoff & Build 10:00–10:30 — Arrival + networking 10:30–11:00 — Welcome Talk + Team Formation 11:00-12:00 — Google workshops 12:00–13:00 — Lunch 13:00–18:00 — Build Mentors available throughout the day!
Day 2 (Sunday 7th): Final Push & Judging 10:00–12:00 — Build 12:00–13:00 — Lunch 13:00–15:30 — Build + submissions 15:30–16:00 — Judging 16:00–17:30 — Live demos 17:30–18:00 — Winners announced + wrap-up
