One evening. One mission: build a reusable agent skill that does a real go-to-market job, powered by live web data, and create the evals that prove it works.
Build an agent that doesn’t just generate ideas. Make it research, detect, analyze, personalize, or act on signals from the real world.
Build with whatever coding agent you already use. We run every submission in Codex, live, from one laptop. With Apify, your skill can pull structured data from websites, search results, social platforms, directories, reviews, competitor pages and job boards, giving it fresh context to work with.
By the end of the night, you’ll have something you can actually run, improve, and share.

An agent skill is a reusable set of instructions that teaches a coding agent to perform a specific job reliably. At GTM Skillathon, you’ll turn a GTM workflow into a skill you can run with Codex, improve over time, and share with others.
We’ll begin with a live Codex workflow demo. Then you’ll build, evaluate, and demo your own skill before the night ends.

Good to know
Submissions are public GitHub repositories under the MIT licence and are forked into the Formidable Builders GitHub org after the event. Don't submit anything you wouldn't publish.
A new chapter
GTM Skillathon is presented by Codex & Apify, and built around a simple idea: agent skills should do useful work - and evals should prove it.
This is also our first event since the eu/acc Romania community became Formidable Builders. New name, same people, same conviction: the best way to understand what’s next is to build it.
