About Event
Donna Vincent Roa, the founder and CEO of MicDots.com will show how she took direct and full control of her technical roadmap by hiring a CTO via Grok Bot.

Previously, Donna worked with an outsourced technical development team using a traditional development model. As a bootstrapped founder and inventor, she discovered that the structure made experimentation expensive and limited her ability to participate continuously in technical discovery as the product evolved. That experience ultimately helped her identify what she actually needed: not control over the coding, but a way to remain actively involved in the questions, decisions, iterations, and discoveries that shape what gets built.
