Finding product market fit by talking to people
Most early-stage founders fall into a costly pattern: you hit an obstacle or get quiet feedback, so you retreat to your comfort zone and build more. You tweak features, redesign landing pages, and optimize marketing copy—all while guessing why potential users aren't converting.
When you do talk to people, you often hear encouraging words, polite nods, or "you know who you should talk to...", but you walk away with zero real insight.
At this point building more just feels like taking shots in the dark. The path forward is finding product market fit by having better conversations with people.
In this interactive, in-person workshop, you’ll learn how to step out of the build trap and master high-signal conversation. We’ll show you how to take off your founder/sales hat, put on a detective hat, and conduct investigative conversations that uncover true pain, existing workflows, and hidden friction before you write another line of code. This is the foundation for getting the insights and direction you need to iterate, as well as securing your first users through effective conversation.
