AI Agents Workshop: Chat With Your CRM Using AI
In this hands on workshop, we will build a simple AI agent that connects to a CRM and allows users to interact with CRM data using natural language.
Instead of manually searching through contacts, leads, deals, opportunities, or customer records, you will be able to simply ask questions such as:
Show me all open deals
Which leads have not been contacted recently?
Give me details about this customer
What opportunities are currently in the pipeline?
Summarize recent activity for a lead
Which deals need attention?
Show me the latest interactions with this customer
We will walk through how an AI agent connects to CRM data, understands a user's question, retrieves the relevant information, and converts that information into a useful conversational response.
The focus of the workshop is practical implementation.
Rather than building an unnecessarily complex multi agent system, we will start with a straightforward architecture that demonstrates how AI agents can interact with real business applications and structured enterprise data.
We will look at the basic flow:
User Question → AI Agent → CRM → Relevant Data → AI Generated Response
By the end of the workshop, you will understand how to build a basic AI powered CRM assistant that can chat with business data and how the same architecture can later be extended to other enterprise applications, databases, internal tools, APIs, and business workflows.

About the Host
The workshop is hosted by Suhas Bhairav, an Applied AI Researcher and Full Stack Implementation Specialist with more than 15 years of experience in AI, software engineering, and web development.
Suhas has worked across applied AI research, enterprise software, Generative AI, AI agents, Retrieval Augmented Generation, knowledge systems, automation, APIs, and full stack application development.
He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from TU Darmstadt and has authored multiple research publications alongside building production oriented AI applications and enterprise AI workflows.
His current work focuses heavily on taking Generative AI beyond demonstrations and turning it into practical systems that can interact with real company data, APIs, CRMs, databases, and business processes.
