Girl Scout Level: Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors
Program Time: 10am-12pm
Program Description: Take charge of your mental, emotional, and physical wellness at our Wellness Fair, where you’ll enjoy fun, hands-on activities designed just for Girl Scouts in grades 6–12! Work toward your Finding My Voice and Showing Up for Me and You patches as you explore stress-relief techniques, guided yoga, healthy snack demos, DIY lip scrubs, tips for positive social media use, and creative ways to express yourself. Build confidence, practice self-care, and connect with others in a supportive and empowering space!
