Neurographic Art Class

​Join Teresa Warren, host of Spirit Sessions: A View of the Light, for a gentle, nourishing art experience blending neurographic drawing with self-reflection and mythic symbolism. Each session begins with a calming meditation, followed by intuitive line work designed to support self-love, nervous-system regulation, and inner clarity. No art or spiritual experience needed — just a willingness to slow down, create, and listen within. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, inspired, and supported.

​Simply bring yourself and the following supplies: black marker, paper (Preferably paper that won't bleed through), and something to color with (markers, colored pencils, or crayons).
