About the Speaker
Juan Bell has spent his career doing product and growth work at SaaS and marketplace companies like McAfee, Remind, Grow Therapy, and Forcepoint. He now runs Root & Scale Labs, where he works with founder-led teams to find what's actually blocking their growth and build a plan they can run with. Juan also spends a good chunk of his time advising underrepresented founders building culturally rooted products through that messy early-stage growth stretch.
