About Event

Every product starts the same way: with nothing. No users, no data, no roadmap,  just a hunch and a blank page. This month, The Product Collective is digging into the messiest, most exciting phase of product work: taking an idea from zero to one. Our panelists have lived it, validating (and killing) early concepts, shipping v1s with duct tape and conviction, and figuring out what to build when there's no playbook to follow.

Expect a candid conversation about what actually happens before product-market fit: how to pressure-test an idea before writing a line of code, what "MVP" really means when resources are scarce, how early teams split ambiguous work across product, design, and engineering, and the signals that tell you to double down or walk away. Whether you're a PM scoping a new bet inside a larger company, a designer or developer building something from scratch, or a founder-curious operator, you'll leave with tactics you can put to work Monday morning.

Agenda:

- 6:30 to 7:00 PM: Arrival & Networking

- 7:00 to 7:15 PM: Welcome & Housekeeping Items

- 7:15 to 8:00 PM: Panel Discussion, Q&A
