​An introduction to the Polkadot Reliability Dashboard — a new framework for measuring blockchain reliability using Web2-style SLOs and percentiles rather than block averages. This session will demonstrate how to interpret key metrics such as transaction lifecycle latency, transaction lifecycle confidence, throughput, and cost; onboard parachain teams; and use the dashboard to enhance transparency, benchmark performance, and monitor network health across the Polkadot ecosystem.
