In this 90-minute an exclusive twerk workshop, you’ll learn the foundations of twerk technique, flow into choreography, and most importantly… let go of self-judgment.
No experience needed. All levels welcome!

Twerk fundamentals (hips, isolations, control)
A fun, empowering choreo
A room full of women hyping each other up
A mix of sensuality, playfulness, and confidence
