NYC Data and Automated Workflows: Showcase. What We Built and What We Learned
Every team presents their weekly workflow: The dataset, the recurring question, the AI-assisted steps, how they validated the output and the final chart, memo, or email it produces.
Then the part we care about most: What we learned! Where AI helped, where it was wrong, what surprised you about the data, what you'd do differently, etc. Honest reflection is part of the deliverable.
You don't need to have participated in the cohort to attend. If you want to see what non-engineers can build with AI and a public dataset in four weeks, come watch! Ask questions. Steal (okay…borrow) ideas for your own work.
This event is hosted by Stacy Lansey. Stacy Lansey is a technology training and AI enablement leader who specializes in helping people confidently adopt new tools and ways of working. During five years at Warby Parker, she built and scaled the company’s data training program, training more than 300 employees and helping teams across the organization make better use of data and technology. Her work focuses on the human side of technology adoption: turning powerful new tools into skills and workflows people can actually use.
