We often think of design as a way to turn ideas into reality. But what if the process of creating something could also help us better understand who we are?
At FoundHers, we believe entrepreneurship begins long before building a business. It starts with curiosity, self-awareness, the courage to explore the unknown, and a willingness to challenge our own assumptions.
And in many ways, design follows the same journey.
Join us for an intimate, hands-on 3D design workshop with our community member Jade, where we’ll use creativity as a tool for introspection, exploration, and self-discovery.
Rather than focusing on technical skills or creating the perfect object, we’ll explore how our choices, instincts, and imagination reflect our identities.
No design experience needed. Just bring your curiosity!

💭 A moment of introspection: Reflect on the experiences, values, and ideas that shape who you are, and what you might want to create in the world.
🎨 Explore through design: Experiment with 3D design and discover how the creative process can challenge your assumptions, reveal new perspectives, and encourage you to think differently.
🪄 Bring your ideas to life: Turn your reflections into a personal creation. We’ll select 3–5 featured designs to be physically 3D printed after the workshop!
💬 Connect beyond job titles: Share the stories behind your creations and meet other curious, ambitious women through meaningful conversations.

Founders, aspiring entrepreneurs, designers, creatives, and anyone curious about understanding themselves through making.
You don’t need to be artistic or have any experience with 3D printing.
This is a space to experiment, embrace uncertainty, and discover something unexpected about yourself.
👩🎨 About Your Host: Jade
Jade is a fifth-year Architecture student at The Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL, as well as a founder, designer, and researcher.
A member of the FoundHers community, Jade is particularly interested in the exploratory and introspective nature of design, and how the creative process can become a way of understanding ourselves.
Through this workshop, she’ll invite us to approach design not just as a means of creating objects, but as a journey of reflection, experimentation, and discovery.
Because sometimes, the most interesting thing we discover through creating isn’t what we’ve made, but what we’ve learned about ourselves along the way. ✨
