About Event

Explore the evolution of AI governance with senior leaders. Traditional approaches can't scale - discover how AI-powered systems are transforming governance at machine speed. Network with peers navigating the same challenges.

The Challenge Enterprises are Facing

Gartner's prediction is stark: 40% of agentic AI projects will be cancelled by 2027. The reasons? Escalating costs, unclear business value, and inadequate risk controls.

AI incidents surged 56% in 2024 alone. Most projects are hype-driven experiments that never reach production. Traditional governance approaches, built for slower innovation cycles, simply cannot scale to match modern AI deployment.

The gap is widening. The organisations thriving will be those who have cracked AI governance at machine speed.

What This Afternoon Covers

A practical exploration of how to build trustworthy AI that works at scale. You will see how leading organisations are moving from governance policy to operational practice - using AI-powered systems to monitor, audit, and govern other AI at machine speed.

Michael Kehoe from IBM will share why governance and security must be unified from day one to build truly trustworthy AI. A panel featuring leaders from BT, TD Synnex, and IBM will debate how organisations turn policy into operational controls and generate the evidence needed for stakeholder confidence.

Then Gurpreet Singh Dhindsa will share why traditional governance approaches can't keep pace, and how organisations are achieving trustworthy AI through governance systems that operate at the speed of deployment.
