🧾 Important Deadlines
To ensure your activation looks its best:
Branding assets (logo, brand kit, booth content) due by November 1, 2025. No changes after this date.
Late submissions will receive generic branding and may not be customized.All attendee tickets and guest names must be submitted by November 10, 2025.
No changes after this date.You may not bring additional large displays or large scale assets without MDS approval.
Product samples & booth signage (up to 8.5 in x 11 in) is welcome and must be carried in — no shipments accepted to the venue.

⚙️ Setup Details
MDS will setup and breakdown all provided booth backdrops, podiums, and shelving
Load-in (sample setup) access: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Exhibitors are responsible for carrying in all samples & materials; the venue cannot receive or store shipments.
Generic booth branding will be applied if deadlines are missed.
Brands and vendors that have excess trash may be charged additional fees
Booths must be kept neat, clean, and free of boxes.
Limited onsite storage for additional samples will be available, and dedicated storage can be purchased

Brand and Vendor ticket types require approval from MDS.
Vendors must use an access code to unlock hidden ticket types.
Non-member brands do not have access to member sessions or the evening after-party.
MDS members enjoy discounted pricing, session access, and invitation to the private after-party.

I’m traveling for this event. Where should I stay?
Although we don’t have any discounted rates or room blocks secured, we recommend staying at the Moxy Hotel in Wynwood, which just opened nearby. It’s only a few blocks from the venue and offers an ideal location close to restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife.
What should I bring for the event?
All you need to bring are your product samples.
Once you register, we’ll send you a short form to collect your branding preferences — we’ll handle booth design, signage, and setup for you.
Our goal is to make this experience as simple and stress-free as possible so you can focus on connecting with creators and brands.
Can I ship my samples in advance to the show?
Unfortunately, shipping directly to the venue isn’t included in your ticket cost, and the venue cannot receive packages.
If you’d like to ship samples ahead of time, MDS can help coordinate shipping and handling for an additional fee — just reach out and we’ll make arrangements.
Who should attend this event from my team?
Since most attendees will be MDS members — brand founders deeply involved in TikTok Shop — we recommend bringing someone who’s hands-on with your TikTok or social commerce strategy.
Ideally, your founder or senior marketer should attend to network, learn, and collaborate directly with other operators in the space.
Will the creators and attendees be verified?
Yes, absolutely.
We’re curating this event to ensure quality connections. All creators go through a verification process, and we’ll provide a system for brands to easily capture creator details during the event so you can follow up seamlessly afterward.
How many samples should I bring, and what else should I prepare for?
We recommend bringing 200–300 samples to give away to creators throughout the day.
You’ll also want to have a simple system for onboarding creators — whether that’s a QR code leading to your Discord community, a link to your TikTok Shop, or a quick way for them to add your products to their showcases.
Think of it as creating a bridge between your in-person connections and long-term creator relationships.
