​We’re excited to inaugurate a new tradition — a yearly celebration of this region's food and traditions — Friday, July 24th from 6–8 pm at the Juice Bar. (RSVP by July 17.)

​July 25th marks 202 years since Guanacaste joined Costa Rica. We're celebrating the evening before with traditional live music and communal cooking rooted in the region's food. Learn to make tortillas from stone-ground corn, watch the fogón come together, and sit down to pollo achiotado, chicheme, vino coyol, and cuajada. $20, and free for kids under 4.
