From Local Innovation to Global Growth: Building Romania’s Tech & Startup Ecosystem 🚀
Official Side Event of PROW 2026 | Co-organised by ANIS & ROStartup Ecosystem Association
Great innovation can start locally. But turning it into global impact takes an entire ecosystem.
Romania has the talent, ideas, and ambition to become a stronger technology and innovation hub. The next step is connecting these strengths with the capital, expertise, partnerships, and international opportunities needed to build and scale successful technology companies.
On October 29, in Timișoara, ANIS and ROStartup Ecosystem Association bring together tech leaders, founders, investors, academics, and startup ecosystem builders for an afternoon of conversations about the future of Romanian innovation.
Through two complementary panel discussions, we'll explore how Romania can move beyond a services-driven economy, support the creation of globally competitive technology companies, and build stronger connections between local and international startup ecosystems.
