​Carlos has walked the path from founder to operator to investor. He started out founding Fogg, which was acquired by Skyscanner, where he went on to become CPO. From there, he joined GoCardless as CPO and CTO, later stepping into the COO role and helping scale the company into a global fintech. Today, he’s a Partner at Index Ventures, where he invests in SaaS, Open Source, Security, Financial Services, AI, and DevOps/Infrastructure, and is also an angel investor in dozens of fast-growing startups.
