Clear ICP With Severe, Repeated Pain
Defensible Wedge (to start)

Integration Moat
Data Moat


Some other criteria we will discuss at the workshop.

They might be specific to you:
Ability to get Pilots in 2 month,
High chance to get to $10K MRR in 2-3 month
Average check 3K a month (so founder can handle sales)
