Scaling your team with AI teammates

In this session, we'll share how we run our company alongside AI teammates every day and the practical workflows that have had the biggest impact on productivity. You'll see concrete examples you can borrow for your own team, including:

• ​Sales: Agents prepare meeting briefs, take notes, draft follow-up emails, update the CRM, and keep deals moving.

• ​Customer success: Agents answer technical questions, triage support issues, provision accounts, and escalate customers who need human attention.
