About Event

Most software projects don’t fail because of bad code—they fail because of misunderstood needs. In the second session of the Sprint26 series, we’re moving from high-level ideas into the disciplined world of Software Requirements.

Guided by the SWEBOK (Software Engineering Body of Knowledge) framework, we’ll bridge the gap between what users say they want and what the system actually needs to function. Whether you’re a developer, product manager, or aspiring architect, this session will give you the tools to define a "reality-proof" MVP.

What we’ll cover:

The SWEBOK Standard:* Deep dive into Elicitation, Analysis, Specification, and Validation.

The Requirements Gap:* Strategies to uncover hidden needs and non-functional essentials (Security, Performance, Compliance).

Writing for Reality:* How to craft documentation that developers actually use.

The Codelab:

Get hands-on as we run a live requirements workshop for Zetu. You’ll walk away knowing how to produce a professional Software Requirements Specification (SRS) document, complete with user stories, use cases, and a defined MVP scope.
