JILO returns with an intimate, hands-on workshop exploring portraiture, identity and self-expression through traditional sketching and acrylic painting.
Guided by artist Bernice, you'll learn the foundations of portrait-making, from facial proportions, features and shading to colour, layering and expression.
Starting with observation and sketching, you'll gradually develop your own realistic acrylic self-portrait, bringing your individual style and perspective into the process.
More than just a painting workshop, JILO is a space to learn something new, experiment creatively and connect with others through art.
