BooyaKa Festival: The Art of Music
Welcome to BooyaKa!
An afternoon of music, movement and unexpected connection.
Come for the music and see where BooyaKa takes you.
We’re bringing the feeling of a house party into an Amsterdam church—with live artists, room to play, and people you haven’t met yet.
Ease into it.
Start with a conversation and some gentle music. Find a spot, settle in, and get curious about the people around you.
As the afternoon unfolds, the performances grow livelier. You’ll have opportunities to make music with the artists, join in something playful, or simply enjoy the show. Gradually, we build towards a party.
Make yourself at home.
You can listen, chat, relax, sing or dance. No musical experience needed, and no pressure to perform. Come on your own or bring a friend.
Bring a little something, if you’d like.
Like any good house party, you’re welcome to bring something you’d love to share or that adds your own touch to the afternoon.
