About the Event
The Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank is the region’s food safety net and the largest hunger-relief organization in San Diego County. Join a staff-led, hands-on project, ensuring food moves quickly and safely to our community.
This volunteer shift may include gleaning and bagging fresh fruits and vegetables, packing food boxes for senior neighbors, or sorting donated food into household-sized packages ready for distribution.
The Volunteer Shift is scheduled to take place after another scheduled event - Local Food, Local Solutions – a local food panel with community leaders. To register for the panel event, register here: https://luma.com/l0dezmkp
