Your AI Triage Desk: Turn 37 Open Tabs Into a Plan You'll Actually Use
How many links have you saved this month with every intention of coming back to them? In this hands-on workshop, participants use a free AI tool as a thought partner to sort through their real digital backlog of bookmarks, downloads, screenshots, and half-started ideas. Using a ready-made triage prompt, they will turn the pile into four clear groups: act on it, schedule it, hand it off, or let it go.
Learning objectives: Participants will
Gather their saved tabs, downloads, and notes into one working list
Use an AI triage prompt to sort their backlog into clear next steps
Choose their top three priority actions for the coming week
Set up a 15-minute weekly reset routine they can repeat with the same prompt
Participants leave with a one-page action plan built from their own clutter and a reusable AI prompt. No prior AI experience is required.

Rainah Davis is the Founder and Executive Creative Strategist of Raindrop Creative, Inc., a firm she launched in 2004 to help leaders, authors, and mission-driven organizations build brands and systems that work as hard as they do. With more than 15 years in strategic communications across nonprofit, civic, and philanthropic organizations, Rainah now helps business owners use AI as a thought partner to bring order to their operations.
She speaks regularly on practical AI, including recent sessions at the World AI Assembly and the NC3C Western Regional Conference, and she is completing a Doctor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership. Rainah is a 2026 participant in the Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business program.
