Presented by Alberta Blue Cross, Women in Tech & Innovation returns with Courageous Ambition, exploring the defining moments that test our resilience, shape how we lead and challenge us to think differently about what sustainable success looks like.

From overcoming setbacks and leading teams through growth and change to sustaining performance in high-pressure environments, the discussion will address the realities of leadership, wellbeing, ambition, career and personal milestones—and the courage it takes to navigate them.

Moderated by Tara McCarthy from CBC Radio’s Edmonton AM, the panel brings together perspectives from entrepreneurship, leadership, technology and wellbeing. The conversation will feature Alberta Blue Cross’ Director of Wellness, Melanie Fuller; Vice President of Data and Technology, Sam Horvath; Sophie Gray, Founder of DiveThru; and Jolene Ali, Founder of Gummy Nutrition Lab.
