Inside QualityLayer: An AI software factory with humans in the loop
Follow a software task from the first request to a reviewed pull request, with AI coding agents doing the work and people shaping the plan, answering questions and approving the result.
In this free, 60-minute live session, Max Ritter, creator of QualityLayer, takes you inside its AI software factory: a shared workspace for planning, building and reviewing software with agents such as Claude Code and Codex.
You’ll see how the workflow connects an initial idea to implementation, testing and review, and where human judgment guides what happens next.
What you’ll see
Make the plan concrete. Turn a request into a plan with architecture diagrams and clickable designs that people can review before implementation starts.
Bring people into the decisions. Involve teammates in questions, feedback and approvals, with a shared view of the work.
Follow the agents’ work. See how implementation, testing and independent checks fit into the workflow.
Review the result. Compare the finished change with the agreed plan before approving it.
Throughout the demo, we’ll look at what the agents handle, what people decide, and how both stay connected as the work progresses.
Who it’s for
Software engineers, tech leads, product managers and product owners who want to see how AI coding agents can fit into a shared software delivery process. You don’t need to know QualityLayer beforehand.
Max will demonstrate the workflow live. Manuel Vogel-Johnson will host the session and moderate the Q&A.
