She’s a motivational keynote speaker, corporate trainer, author, and CEO of Goal and Grind LLC where she partners with high-achieving professionals and forward-thinking organizations to leverage joy as a strategic advantage for setting goals, building strong teams, and creating meaningful results. Renowned for her dynamic corporate workshops where Bose empowers dreams, elevates teams and transforms organizations. In addition to Goal and Grind, she has led a distinguished career in Corporate Social Responsibility at Boeing, Salesforce, and JPMorgan Chase.
Lauren Fondriest is a Team Effectiveness Consultant at EY, where she facilitates sessions designed to strengthen trust, connection and psychological safety within teams. With a background in change management at Fortune 500 companies, she brings a deep understanding of the complexities of building strong, connected workforces - and the human dynamics that make or break them. Lauren is certified coach through the International Coaching Federation and runs her own dating coaching practice. She hosts community events at Fabrik, creating space for women to navigate the experience of dating with more connection and confidence. Whether in the boardroom or the community, her work is rooted in the belief that belonging and authentic connection are at the heart of human thriving.
