Miro Meetup Kigali #2 — Solving Real Problems with Visual Collaboration
The first Miro Meetup in Kigali was about getting to know the tool. This one is about putting it to work.
If you came to the first meetup, welcome back. If this is your first, you'll fit right in. Either way, you're not here to watch a demo. You'll spend most of the afternoon working on a real problem on a shared board, next to other people building things in Kigali.
Here's how the afternoon runs. We start with a short warm-up so everyone knows who's in the room. Then we pick problems worth working on: a messy workflow at your job, an idea you can't quite structure, a project that keeps stalling, a decision you're stuck on. You map it out visually with a small group, get input from people outside your usual circle, and leave with a board you can keep using after you walk out.
Who this is for: founders and small teams, product and operations people, students working on real projects, and anyone who plans, builds, or organizes and wants a better way to think through problems with other people.
What to bring: a laptop, and one real problem you'd like to make progress on. If nothing comes to mind, we'll have a few ready for you.
Coffee and snacks are on us. There's time at the end to stay, talk, and meet the rest of the room.
Free, in person, and seats are limited. Register below so we know to expect you.
