​Every team building software is becoming an AI-first team, whether it plans to or not. The question is no longer whether AI writes the code. It's where the engineering goes once it does.

​Part one filled the room. People showed up with real work: voice AI in Tamil, spec-driven builds in Kiro, a first public look at Entire, and a month of AI-SDLC learnings. Part two is us keeping going.

​We grounded ourselves in Spec-Driven Development last time: write the spec first, let the harness turn it into a plan, tests, and a pull request. Now we start reaching into the rest of the craft: context engineering, AI harnesses, loop engineering.
The scaffolding that turns a model into a teammate, and the habits that keep cognitive debt from quietly piling up.
The exact sessions are still forming, shaped in part by what the room asked for last time. The format stays the same: real setups running in real workspaces, then the floor is yours.

​What we'll get into

​Hands-on, and firming up as we get closer. Expect to dig into things like:

• ​Spec-Driven Development past the basics, into how it holds up on real, messy codebases.

• ​Context engineering: getting the right knowledge in front of the model so it builds what you actually meant.

• ​Harnesses and loop engineering: the scaffolding around the model, and who owns the outcome when the loop runs on its own.

• ​More live builds, start to finish.

​Show and tell

​The fastest way to grow is to share your work. Short slots for orgs and individuals to walk through what you're building. Bring a real problem, a half-finished thing, or an idea you want stress-tested. Deliberate practice plus honest feedback, and small improvements compound fast.
