​Women in Sales – New Year Reception 2026

​We’re kicking off 2026 strong, inspired and motivated with a special New Year Reception for the Women in Sales Network community, and celebrating 6 years of Women in Sales Network.

​This event is intentionally designed as a community-first evening of celebration.

​ There will be no sponsors, no sales pitches and no formal presentations. There will be an WiSN 2026 update from our founder Olimpia Hordynski and a highly valuable fireside chat. Then we focus is on meaningful conversations, connection and shared perspectives in an inspiring and welcoming atmosphere.

​19:00 – Next Level Sales: Tools, Tactics & Mindsets for Women in 2026 Fireside Chat & Open Conversation
How to level up and succeed in 2026 as a woman in Sales? Jessica Wilhelm, Sales Leader at Personio and Irina Kronmüller, Director Marketing EMEA at Veeam discuss with Nadja Männel from IBM and Olimpia which tools, tactics and mindsets are crucial for successful new year in revenue related roles.

​19:30 – World Cafe Workshops with Irina and Jessica

​20:00 – Open Networking & Community Exchange
Enjoy a glas of fabulous wine, fantastic food while networking, with conversations and connection in a welcoming atmosphere.
