​It’s time to refresh your wardrobe for the new season.
Why not do it sustainably — and learn about the latest innovation trends in the fashion industry?

​Together with Civic Hall, Elpis Labs and the Civic Hall community, we’re organizing a sustainable fashion swap open to everyone. Bring pieces you’re ready to part with and discover new-to-you treasures — without buying anything new. Learn from our invited experts and explore how brands and industry leaders are introducing innovative and sustainable practices into their businesses.

​How It Works

​Bring clothes, shoes, handbags, and accessories you’d like to swap.
Please make sure items are clean and in good condition (no tears or major damage). We accept both women’s and men’s clothing. Men — you are very much invited ;) !

​Check in your items at the welcome desk and receive one swap ticket per each item you brought

​Use your tickets to “shop” the swap and refresh your wardrobe sustainably.

​You can drop off items anytime between 4:00–8:00 PM.

​Leftover items? We work with our partners to ensure they are donated responsibly or properly recycled.

​4:00 PM – Doors Open
​Check in with your items at our welcome desk. You will be given a swap ticket for each item you brought. There’s a limit of 20 items per person.

​​Check out with your new pieces! If you have any leftover tickets you can use them for our next swap (Fall 2026)

​5:15–6:15 PM – Panel Discussion
Panel Discussion & chat - new ways to integrate sustainability into your wardrobe. Join us for a conversation with industry innovators (speakers will be announced soon)
