​That’s what we'd be focusing on in this session with 'Flavor 101' We'll be exploring different perceptions of flavor through our memories -- giving you the tools to describe what your palate is experiencing—beyond just yum.

​Think of it like a map—it helps us organize the big, sometimes overwhelming world of taste into categories we can all recognize.

​For this session, we’ll zoom in on just two: Fruity and Sweetness.

​4 coffee samples, some fruits , sugars and clipboards.

​Whether you’re a pour-over pro or just curious about what makes your morning cup sing, you’ll get to sip, swirl, and discover the secrets behind your favorite flavors.
