ReSee and the Zeitgeist Zentrum are back with another edition of Zeit für Deutsch, our cozy movie series where we make learning German as fun as possible by pairing German language film screenings with casual, low-pressure practice.
Join us at the Zeitgeist Zentrum for our end-of-summer movie pick: a sun-soaked queer coming-of-age story from 2004 about a rowing team, summer crushes, and a stormy season of coming out and self-discovery ⛵🏳️🌈💭
Before and after the film, speak as much or as little German as you’d like. Anfänger:innen, Fortgeschrittene, and Muttersprachler:innen are all welcome (we always need a few native speakers in the mix)!
Want to get a little shopping done on your Saturday, as well? For guests looking to „zwei Fliegen mit einer Klappe schlagen", Zeitgeist Zentrum is also co-hosting a Nachbarschafts-Flohmarkt right on site, with unreleased Merchandise, Klamotten, Bücher, Haushaltswaren, music and snacks. Basically, everything you need for a productive, fun, and social Saturday afternoon 🛍️🗣️💪🏽
