​This event is for creatives of all kinds, especially those in film, TV, fashion, and media who are looking for connection, conversation and community. You don’t need to be the loudest in the room. Just show up as you are.

​The Kusp exists to build an inclusive ecosystem where underrepresented creatives can thrive. Locally, nationally and globally. Birmingham is growing creative hub with great talent, and after connecting with talent, organisations and institutions in the area, we wanted to connect further with the community here.
