Dad Readers Meetup

​Connect with other dads who love books, conversation, and community. Join Dad Mag and Lit Club NYC for a evening of reading recommendations, thoughtful discussion, and community. Bring a book that has shaped your understanding of fatherhood, family, masculinity, relationships, or the many roles we inhabit as parents and people. We'll swap recommendations, share reflections, and connect with fellow dads building meaningful lives on and off the page.

​The evening will be facilitated by Jack Neary, founder of Dad Mag, a newsletter connecting a community of fathers navigating creativity, ambition, and parenthood. Jack is a writer, editor, and marketer living in Brooklyn with his wife, son, and dog, Birdie. Through Dad Mag, he creates space for honest conversations about parenting, partnership, work, and what it means to grow alongside your children.

​Whether you're a new dad, a seasoned parent, or somewhere in between, come ready for great books, meaningful conversation, and new connections.

​We'll kick off the evening at Candor Candy, where dads can pick up a sweet treat for their kids, then head right across the street to Black Forest Brooklyn for beers, books, and conversation.
