Conscious Intimacy Games: The Toronto Premiere

Toronto is finally joining a global movement. After three years of running events across the world, Conscious Intimacy Games is launching its monthly residency right here in the city. This is your invitation to be part of the premiere event and help us shift the "hustle culture" dynamic.

In a city this fast, many interactions can stay on the surface because there is often a felt pressure to move quickly. This pace can leave us feeling isolated, even when surrounded by people. We’re creating a space to prove that depth, warmth, and real connection are available here, even in a culture that often prioritizes the grind.

Many of us spend time navigating these surface-level interactions while craving something deeper. It’s common to feel like we have to keep our guards up just to get through the day.

No partner needed. Most people come alone and that's exactly how it's meant to be experienced. If you do want to bring someone and deepen your connection with them throughout the night, you're welcome to stay together for every game.

Conscious Intimacy Games are designed to offer an alternative. Through structured exercises, we move from verbal connection into non-verbal, touch-based presence. It’s a practice of honesty, vulnerability, and nervous system regulation.

There is no nudity, no kissing, and no genital touching. This isn't a dating event or a singles mixer, it’s a space to practice being human together. You’ll have the opportunity to walk away feeling more grounded, more relaxed, and more capable of creating real connection. Join us and be part of the history as we launch this new monthly series.

The Flow of the Night

5:55 PM – 6:30 PM: Arrival & Connection We begin with an opening game designed to move you quickly past small talk and into genuine presence with the people around you.

6:30 PM: Closed Container To maintain the safety and focus of the group, doors close promptly at 6:30 PM. No entry is permitted after this time. No exceptions.

6:30 PM – 7:30 PM: The Talk Phase We move into structured group games focused on honesty, expressing truth, and setting boundaries.

7:30 PM – 7:40 PM: Break & Transition A short break to reset. We transition into "Noble Silence" for the remainder of the evening.

7:40 PM – 9:00 PM: The Touch Phase Non-verbal, touch-based games designed for deep nervous system regulation and presence.

9:00 PM – 9:30 PM: Integration The formal circle ends. We open the space for social time and grounded integration before you head home.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q. I feel nervous and socially anxious around other people, will this help me? A. YES! Conscious Intimacy Games are specifically designed to support the nervous system in finding relaxation. You are welcome exactly as you are.

Q. What if I don't want to play a certain game? A. We encourage you to listen to your body and play at your own edge. You're always welcome to take a break or simply choose not to play a game.

Q. What if I don't want to play with a certain person? A. We prioritize your boundaries and we don't want you playing with anyone you don't want to play with. You can simply say no, ask someone else to play, or sit out.

Q. Do I need to come with a partner? A. Not at all. Most people come solo and find that's where the magic is. If you'd like to bring someone and explore the night together, that's completely welcome -- you're free to stay with them for every game.

Q. What if I'm not "good" at this? A. There is no performance here. The goal isn't to be "good" at connecting; it's to be honest about how you're feeling in the moment.

Q. Is this the same as counseling or therapy? A. While these games are therapeutic, they're not the same as counseling or therapy. If you have any type of serious mental or emotional illnesses, we recommend speaking to your doctor before attending.

Q. Is this going to be a triggering event? A. Some people feel triggered during these events for different reasons. We welcome all types of emotional experiences, so long as it's safe for others in attendance. At any point, you can take a break or ask for support from the facilitator.
